Bats are an essential part of the ecosystem, but when they take up residence in your home or commercial property, they can pose serious health risks and cause significant structural damage. From the strong ammonia odor of their droppings (guano) to the risk of respiratory issues bats aren't an issue to ignore.
If bats are currently roosting in your structure, we install custom one-way exclusion devices that allow them to exit but not return. These devices are left in place for a designated period, allowing all bats to safely leave the building without harm.
Once the bats have exited, we remove the exclusion devices and permanently seal all identified entry points using durable materials like sealant, steel mesh, and foam insulation—ensuring bats (and other wildlife) can’t return.
Bat removal must be handled carefully and within specific seasonal windows—especially during maternity season when flightless pups may be present. Our team is fully trained on local laws and ensures all work is performed ethically and legally.
